Australian music sensation The Kid LAROI will take the stage at the 2024 ARIA Awards on November 20, marking a highly anticipated return to his home country. The awards, which celebrate Australian music’s top talents, will be held at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion for the third consecutive year. This performance will be part of a packed lineup showcasing the best of Australia’s musical talent and several international guests.

The Kid LAROI’s 2024 ARIA Award Nominations

Though specific details about The Kid LAROI’s performance are under wraps, he’s nominated in four categories this year, reflecting his ongoing success both locally and internationally. His nominations include:

• Best Solo Artist
• Best Hip Hop/Rap Release for the deluxe version of his 2023 album, The First Time, which climbed to No. 24 on the Billboard 200 in August
• Best Pop Release for his hit song “Girls,” which debuted at No. 51 on the Billboard Hot 100
• Song of the Year for “Nights Like This,” peaking at No. 47 on the same chart

Since his rise to fame, the Gadigal-born artist with Kamilaroi heritage has achieved major milestones, including three ARIA Awards from 14 nominations. His global hit “Stay” with Justin Bieber earned him both Best Artist and Best Pop Release in 2021, while his track “Thousand Miles” brought him another Best Pop Release win in 2022.

Star-Studded Performances and Exciting International Guests

In addition to The Kid LAROI, the 2024 ARIA Awards will feature an impressive lineup of Australian artists, including CYRIL, 3%, Jessica Mauboy, Julian Hamilton from The Presets, Troy Cassar-Daley, Amy Shark, Angie McMahon, and Teen Jesus and The Jean Teasers.
